#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Norilsk and Hatanga instructors-guides professional competencies certification was the final event of the project to develop and improve tourist routes.
For two weeks – online and in person – classes for guides from Norilsk and Hatanga were conducted by experienced representatives of the industry: large tourism projects managers, masters of sports in mountaineering, guides and rescuers. The accelerator program included master classes, workshops and project activities.
Representatives of local travel companies pumped competencies in the legal field, in conflict management and effective communications in tourism activities, learned to develop, launch and promote their own routes.
The project was organized by the Norilsk Development Agency.
Earlier, reported that the project of the Dudinka ethnopark won the All-Russian competition for urban studies, and tourists will be able to get from Hatanga to the North Pole next year.
