#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. This year, there will be no interspecific exercises of the Northern Fleet in Taimyr, but the North Sea sailors will hold patriotic, sporting and cultural events in Dudinka. On Saturday, September 24, the ships of the Northern Fleet are again moor at the berths of the polar capital – the large landing ship of Ivan Gren and the large anti-submarine ship Admiral Levchenko.
According to the Taimyr administration, the sailors will hold the traditional hockey tournament and the Northern Cities Cup, the military-patriotic games Arctic-2022 will be held in Dudinka, the initiation of young Taimyrians in the ranks of the Young Army memebers on warships will be held, the Northern Fleet song and dance ensemble artists will perform.
From September 25 to October 3, the Northern Fleet ships can be visited. The entrance will be free.
Earlier, Taimyr celebrated the Dudinka sea port and the Nornickel polar transport branch’s 85th anniversary.
