#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Moscow hosted the International Employer Branding Summit, a unique event that brings together the best global experience and the specifics of the CIS, Europe and Central Asia markets.
The conference and award were held for the fifth time and brought together the best practices of local and international companies in the development of internal branding, cases of business transformation through corporate culture, global experience in creating and strengthening a corporate brand.
The conference was attended by experts from the Nornickel’s social policy department.
Elena Kryuchkova, the Corporate Communities Department head, presented the Who Cares change practitioners club project. Its essence is that a group of people united by one task, in their free from work time, jointly solve it. The company already has 350 such employees who are working on various business initiatives.
Irina Zhuykova, the Nornickel Social Policy Department head, together with experts from other companies took part in the discussion on how to balance the interests of business and employees in a human-centered organization.
The Nornickel’s projects were highly appreciated and became winners of the international award:
gold in the Business Result category – for the project of the corporate change support program Who Cares;
silver in the Open Dialogue category for the Nornickel Sputnik’s project Nickelization – a Platform for Engagement and Communication;
silver in the Innovation category for the project HR Navigator: Team Control Panel.
Recall that the company has become the most expensive metallurgical brand in Russia. Nornickel also entered the top 50 largest mining companies in the world.
Earlier, Nornickel initiated the IN’HUB International Forum of Innovators.
