#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. HeadHunter and RBC resources have published the 2021 Russian National Employer Rating. According to its results, the Nornickel company entered the top 20 large enterprises, once again confirming that it remains one of the most desirable places to work.
Experts conducted a study based on three indicators: applicants’ anonymous voting, professional assessment of HR processes, and a loyalty index that shows whether employees of the company are ready to recommend it as a good place to work. In total, 1,900 companies, 70,000 applicants and 249,000 current employees took part in the study.
As a result, Nornickel took 17th place out of 183 participants in the Large Companies category, and also confirmed the title of the best company in the steel industry. In addition, according to an anonymous survey of job seekers, Nornickel was included in the five percent of the most sought-after employers.
Earlier it became known that Nornickel’s social expenses doubled and amounted to more than a billion dollars, and Nornickel’s industry agreement was extended until 2025. Also, Nornickel was named the most expensive metallurgical brand in Russia.
