#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The RBC company’s experts presented the rating of the best employers in Russia in 2024 at the tenth HR forum. The rating was formed based on five main criteria: working conditions, business efficiency, social responsibility, business reputation, and employee opinions. To determine the winners, the experts surveyed more than 67 thousand employees from 166 companies.
The rating is divided into three groups. The winners are considered to be organizations from Group I. There are 29 of them. Nornickel is among them.
This year, the jury paid attention to how Nornickel works with young people: attracting them to the company, special programs for students and graduates, their adaptation in the workplace, in the team, in Norilsk itself.
For the fifth year in a row, the company has confirmed its title of one of the best employers in the country. This is also supported by statistics: in recent years, more than 20 thousand new employees have joined the team, and the proportion of young people among them is growing. The number of applicants who want to study at universities specialized for the company has doubled.
Forbes analysts previously gave Nornickel the highest rating for its work with employees and the quality of corporate governance.
