#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The hospitality brands development, the restaurant industry personnel policy in Siberia and other topical issues in such an industry as gastronomy were discussed by experts at KEF-2023 (Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum) on the final day of the forum.
“The work was carried out through the prism of five areas of competence necessary for the industry harmonious development: entrepreneurship, education, tourism, science and technology, and culture. The result of the strategy session will be a “road map” that will launch the process of transforming Krasnoyarsk region into the area of gastronomic leadership”, the Norilsk Development Agency specialists said.

The SibFU’s Gastronomy Institute has become an intellectual partner of events with hospitality industry experts. It should be reminded that the NDA together with the institute specialists is preparing a strategy for the public catering system development in Norilsk.
This year, the local cuisine of Taimyr has been presented at KEF for the first time. Since 2018, Norilsk has been hosting the Sever gastrofestival. In 2022, Culinary Argish offered several dozen dishes from Taimyr products.
