The Sever gastrofestival, which has already become a new brand of Taimyr, will be held online this year and will last for five days – from July 27 to 31. Cooking master classes will be held by Norilsk leading restaurants’ chefs. The food sets necessary for the meals preparation will be delivered to the participants’ homes.
So, on July 27, together with the chef of the Norilsk restaurant, Mikhail Tsyplakov, it will be possible to prepare a salad with smoked smelt, pike caviar, cream cheese, horseradish and green onion pesto. On July 28, the chef of the Malina cafe Ruslan Asanov will teach how to cook potato pancakes with whitefish caviar, smoked sour cream and greens. On July 29, Sergey Kolevatyh from the Kebab-Club restaurant will share the secrets of making whitefish fillets with fried cauliflower and tofu sauce. On July 30, Svetlana Cherpanova from KofeStory will show how to cook venison steak with pine nuts and stewed barley. And on July 31, under the leadership of Sanremo chef Sergei Berdnikov, you will learn about the secrets of cooking fried deer back with red cabbage and lingonberry sauce.
All master classes will start at 19.00. It is necessary to buy a set of products and arrange delivery a day before the planned master class, the orders are accepted by restaurants – participants of the festival: Sanremo, Malina, Grill-farm, BeerHouse, Norilsk, CoffeeStory, Food Hall, Kebab Club, Vino and Myaso, Hizhina.
The master classes will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Norilsk Development Agency.
Last year, at the Sever gastrofestival, 30 pavilions of Norilsk cafes and restaurants prepared the northern cuisine dishes loved by the townspeople and new specially developed ones.
