#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Krasnoyarsk State Academic Dance Ensemble of Siberia named after Mikhail Godenko will perform in the Norilsk polar drama theater on November 13. The legendary team will show the best and unique dance items produced by the artistic director and the chief choreographer Mikhail Godenko, as well as the modern choreographers’ production.
The ensemble is famous for the unique artistic Godenko style – the breadth of choreographic suits, sparkling pace, brilliant stories, high -tech tricks, light lyrical round dance, blond Siberian beauties and brave guys – all this creates the mighty Siberia image in the viewer.
A bright, original ensemble is one of the best dance groups in Russia in the folk-stage dance genre, performs at the world’s largest stage sites, conquering the hearts of the audience of all continents.
In 1991, in memory of the famous choreographer and the permanent artistic director’s merits, the collective was named after Mikhail Godenko, and in 2009it got the status of a particularly valuable object of the Krasnoyarsk region’s cultural heritage. In 2021, president Vladimir Putin honored the ensemble, and the Aeroflot Airlines new aircraft got the name of the USSR people’s artist Mikhail Godenko.
Earlier, the Golden Mask regional program’s performances were showed in Norilsk, and the Taimyr Museum invites everyone to see a collection of rare books.
