#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. At the end of summer, the first ever gastronomic festival Wild Dinners will be held on the Putorana plateau. Its organizer Hayam Aminov spoke about the event’s features.
As Aminov said in the interview with TASS, four chefs from different regions of Russia will take part in the festival. They have to prepare two dinners for 40 guests each. In the open air, guests will taste dishes made from local products of Siberian cuisine.
The event is scheduled for the period from mid-August to mid-September.
Last year, the restaurant holding Fresco Group, represented by Aminov, organized a similar festival at the Marble Quarry in Krasnoyarsk. The event aroused great interest among lovers of haute cuisine.
“One of the objectives of the project is the development of tourism in the region. There is already very great interest in the project in the Arctic”, Aminov explained.
He also clarified that guests will be transported to the festival site by helicopters and hovercraft.
