#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Albert Turkin has made another masterpiece. Thanks to his experience, skill and love for his craft, a living horseman Baty-han with a falcon on his sleeve emerged from his hands.
“I made this composition for a dear person. He had long asked me to make a figurine similar to my Black Knight, and finally everything came together, and I did it”, said Albert.
Albert’s friend asked him to embody the spirit of the steppe and brave warrior in the statuette, but the master decided to add his own accents to the work and decorated Baty with ceremonial clothes. It turned out beautiful, elegant and stylish.
“The work took two weeks. The details came to me by themselves – for example, the warrior’s headdress was a metal brush that is attached to a grinder. It was a pleasure to work on Baty, because when you do something for a person with soul, as a sign of gratitude, then inspiration comes by itself, and everything goes like clockwork”, the sculptor shared.
Earlier we reported that Albert planned to move from the North forever, but due to circumstances, he stayed in Talnah and now, together with his partner Leonid Tiunov, continues to create exclusive and unique works from metal and delight everyone with his creativity. We also wrote that sculptor Albert Turkin created an unusual machine gun monument.
