#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. To show themselves in working with different materials: bone, beads, leather and fur, the Taimyr Workshop crafts festival participants passed a strict competitive selection. The central library of Dudinka became an inversion platform for several days.
In the Taimyr capital, products by masters of arts and crafts from Hatanga, Karaul, Dikson and Dudinka were presented. Here everyone could see works of art made in the style of traditional folk artistic crafts of the Far North peoples, including homemade dolls, toys and accessories.
The festival program included master classes on bead embroidery, making ornaments, as well as a seminar Ornament is the Basis of Ancestral Traditions and a workshop Multidimensional Spatial Solutions in the Process of Developing Creative Thinking.
The founder of the event is the Taimyr administration, the organizer is the Dudinka culture department.
