#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In the Taimyr Oikumene ethnic complex in Dudinka, educational lessons in native languages were held, guests rode reindeer teams, sang songs and danced round the sacred fire, and also took part in a tea party in the chum to bargan sounds.
Thus, Taimyr entered the Year of Cultural Heritage, declared by the president of Russia in 2022, and also marked the beginning of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages of the World.
In addition, the Taimyr House of Folk Art, together with the Department of Education of Taimyr, solemnly opened the Native Language Revival through Everyone festival.
