#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. On May 18, the Taimyr Museum of Local Lore invites everyone to join the cultural event Museum Night on a Polar Day, which will be held as part of International Museum Day.
This year the event is dedicated to the Family Year, its main theme is From Generation to Generation. Family Heirlooms.
Museum staff will prepare an extensive program for visitors with creative performances, lectures, master classes, exhibitions, quests, excursions and cultural and educational activities.
All activities will take place in the permanent exhibition of the museum. Guests of the event will be able not only to learn the family stories of famous fellow countrymen, but also to share their own ones: talk about traditions, relics, take part in a photo competition, make crafts together with loved ones, take part in a museum game and plunge into creativity.
