#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. A concert dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the Taimyr folk song and dance ensemble of the peoples of the North Heiro was held in the City House of Culture. On this day, the group received congratulations from government officials, the press service of the Taimyr administration reported.
The first to speak was deputy head of Taimyr for social and political work Pavel Tomchik.
“Dear Galina Aleksandrovna, the ensemble team! I congratulate you on your 55th anniversary. This is not just a date, these are years of creativity, years of respect, recognition. With your creativity, you not only preserve and increase the traditions that were laid down by the peoples of the North, you give joy, emotions, and not only to us, the residents of Taimyr, but also to our entire large country, all of Russia. On this day, I want to wish you new creative successes, new performances and, of course, that you continue to delight your loyal audience with new numbers and give a storm of emotions”, he noted, presenting a gift certificate and well-deserved awards from the head of Taimyr.
Thus, for professionalism, many years of conscientious work, the artist-vocalist of the ensemble Heiro Zarina Spiridonova was awarded an honorary diploma of the Taimyr head. The sound engineer of the City House of Culture Konstantin Krivoruchko, the choreographer of the ensemble Dayana Vorobyova, the artists of the ensemble Mikhail Kleshchin and Nikolay Suleimanov were awarded the gratitude of the head.
In addition, words of congratulations from the stage were heard from the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk region Sergey Sizonenko, the chairman of the district council of deputies Vladimir Shishov, the deputy head of Dudinka – the chairman of the committee of culture, youth policy and sports of the city administration Tatyana Zhiganova.
Anfisa Nikiforova, head of the Department for Work with Indigenous Minorities of the North at Nornickel, noted the long-term assistance of the polar branch to the indigenous peoples of the North.
“We are not just celebrating the anniversary of the Heiro ensemble. This year we are celebrating the 90th anniversary of our large multinational Krasnoyarsk region. We have developed a comprehensive plan for the implementation of events within the framework of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages. For many years, Nornickel has been providing comprehensive support to indigenous peoples, including in organizing socially significant events. This is a huge amount of work, which will subsequently bear fruit in the education of the future generation”, she said.
In addition to wishes and gratitude, all the leaders presented the members of the creative team with gifts and well-deserved awards.
That evening, the folk dance ensemble Oganer, the spoon ensemble Norilchanochka, the Evenki singer Vladimir Homenko, the ethnic singer and throat singer from Buryatia Aryun Goa, the artist-vocalist of the national dance theater named after Kyil Uola of the Republic of Saha (Yakutia) Alexander Karmanov, as well as the ensemble Heiro of the 2000s, presented their creative performances to the heroes of the occasion on stage.
According to tradition, the director of the City House of Culture Rita Neveleva, having congratulated the anniversaries, presented each artist with an honorary badge Heiro Ensemble Artist. The former ensemble members who attended the event, were presented with gifts as a sign of recognition and respect.
The festive evening ended with a large bonfire of friendship, a Taimyr round dance and fireworks.
