#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Eight young talents of Taimyr became participants of the traditional New Year’s Eve event dedicated to honouring Krasnoyarsk region’s gifted children in the sphere of education, culture and sports, the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets municipal district administration’s official website reports.
In the Krasnoyarsk ice palace Crystal Arena a solemn ceremony took place, which gathered the region’s young generation brightest representatives. Among young Taimyr residents who have achievements in the world of music there are Sofya Bulka and Alisa Menkova – pupils of the Molchanov children’s art school, Alexandra Kutyreva (Dikson children’s art school), Evgenia Anikina (children’s art school of Hatanga settlement). Gifted children in the field of education: Dmitry Zheleznyakov (Dudinka secondary school No. 7), Sofia Panyukova (Dudinka grammar school), Maya Ustiantseva-Podina (Dudinka school No. 3), Sofia Shishigina (Dudinka secondary school No. 5).
The ice palace presented an animation programme, interactive areas, as well as the ice show Snow Queen, where the main roles were played by coaches and young athletes of the figure skating department. In addition, young talents were given memorable gifts.
It should be noted that to get to this holiday, the children had to demonstrate not only excellent successes in their studies, but also to show themselves in creativity. They coped brilliantly with this task and received a lot of joyful emotions and New Year’s Eve charge of bright impressions.
