#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. One of the Nornickel’s World of New Opportunities charitable program’s key events, the SVET ON online youth forum, will be held this year in a face-to-face format.
On March 3, teenagers from 14 to 18 years old will meet at the forum in Monchegorsk, Nickel and Gazimuro-Zavodsky district. The event will be held in Norilsk on March 3 and 4.
“This is a forum for those who are ready to develop their skills in four areas: Startup – youth entrepreneurship, Volunteering – volunteering as a lifestyle, Engineering – engineering creativity, Technologies – digital technologies.
An ambitious format requires ambitious solutions. In 2023, forum participants will be able to rediscover their hometown and, together with experts, decide on their future profession and truly touch advanced professions with their hands”, the organizers said.
Unique speakers will visit each region. In Norilsk, they will be:
Sergey Protopopov – entrepreneur and president of the Boontar IT company with investments from Sberbank and Microsoft;
Anastasia Polyntseva – winner of the Volunteer of Russia – 2020 competition;
Alexander Zanosienko – the IT Competences and Digital Expertise Development Department head and development manager at Skolkovo;
Nikolay Morozov – data architecture and innovation architect and Nornickel’s most innovative employee in 2021;
Egor Rybin – the Nornickel Polar Division’s Business System Development Department’s Methodology and Infrastructure Division head;
Dmitry Bogdanov – the Russian Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union’s Business School vice president.
TV presenter, blogger and singer Roman Kagramanov will be the headliner and host of the forum’s business part in Norilsk.
Participants will solve practical problems in the professions of the future, get advice from professionals in their field. Guests will enjoy networking with peers and unique prizes. The event’s highlight will be the Skill Time team game and the opportunity to visit fascinating locations: the most northern mining farm, the Norilsk bakery, the Skalisty mine, the Mechanical Plant and other Norilsk enterprises.
The main forum venue in Norilsk is the Ayka sports hall. On Friday, March 3, there will be registration, opening, master classes, games.
On the second forum day, March 4, the work will continue. There will be workshops, case studies, distribution across the city’s venues. And after summarizing the results, the forum participants will have a party with singer, comedian, actor and blogger Roman Kagramanov.
