Now, instead of Norilsk-TAVS, which has been operating for more than 50 years, N-Travel has appeared in Norilsk – the country’s first multi-service agency in the field of business tourism. The company expanded the list of services and improved their quality.
As Oksana Gerashchenko, N-Travel trademark Norilsk-TAVS LLC general director, said, since 2019 the company began to provide services not only in the Norilsk industrial region, but also at the federal level, in addition, the list of services has expanded.
“Today we are engaged in everything related to recreation, business trips, as well as the transportation of any cargo. This is the multiservice operation principle: the possibility of obtaining all services in one place, at one time, in one company”, the speaker emphasizes.
In N-Travel, Norilsk residents can buy tickets: air, rail, bus, as well as solve the issue of transporting animals, sending and receiving cargo, and purchasing tours.
“And if you decide to move to the mainland? You register your personal belongings with us and send them. Or maybe you planned to go on a tour somewhere during your vacation? So, you buy a tour, arrive at the airport, our representative meets you there, helps to resolve any issue, for example, with excess baggage or transfer, help with the tour design, and so on. All types of services that relate to any movement and delivery of any cargo – that’s all for us!”
Further N-Travel’s plans and services will be formed from customer requests. For example, Dudinka residents asked to open a sales office – a building has already been found in which repairs are underway. The opening is planned for autumn.
“One of the appeals concerned the work of a travel agent on Leninsky prospekt, 22. So, since May 1, it has already begun to fulfill its duties. There was also a request from clients for a fixed-route taxi service to the airport. This service has been implemented by us and is in great demand among customers. Therefore, we are only glad when they come to us, ask for something or offer it. This helps us develop”, explained Oksana Gerashchenko.
In the future, a point of cargo transportation sale will be opened at the Norilsk airport. The plans include N-Travel’s own loyalty program, the payment by installments. In addition, the company is working with partner banks to provide customers with an increased cashback percentage when purchasing any services in N-Travel.
