#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The State Duma was presented with a draft law on the excessive bureaucratic burden’s removal from teachers. The document was published in the Legislative Activity Support System.
The initiative’s authors noted that the 36 countries’ educational systems’ research had shown that the Russian system was the most bureaucratic. Teachers work over 46 hours a week spending more than 15 hours preparing for lessons, filling out plans and reports.
The law will establish the unified requirements’ list for the form, composition and content of educational, methodological and other documentation. In addition, educational organizations will be able to implement and use electronic document management without a paper version.
