#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. As part of the educational program Peremena (eng.: Change) with the support of Nornickel, the marathon University: (Un)explored Lands starts on March 1. University students and Nornickel specialists will tell graduate students their personal success stories, share how they chose universities, completed internships, and how to get the job they want.
The marathon program includes the educational game Startup Yourself: the teams will have to go through four rounds of the game, which are equivalent to four courses at the university. The participants of the marathon will also have online meetings with experts and other educational content. For activity and victory in the game, students will receive prizes.
It is important that at the marathon everyone will pass a test to determine the personality type. Based on the test results, students will be assigned to teams, which will allow them to understand how to develop their skills and talents better.
Schoolchildren of 9-11 grades from Norilsk, Dudinka, other cities of the Krasnoyarsk region, as well as from Monchegorsk, Pechenga district and other cities of the Murmansk Region are invited to participate.
Recall that the Peremena project is one of the educational areas of Nornickel’s charitable program World of New Opportunities.
Earlier, we told that Polar State University was preparing for a scientific forum.
