#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Nornickel Polar Branch summed up the results of staff involvement in the process of increasing efficiency for January 2024.
In total, employees of production departments submitted 874 proposals, of which 212 were approved. One of the ideas was with a potential economic effect. At the same time, 14 previously submitted proposals were implemented at the Taimyrsky mine.
The permanent leader in the number of approved initiatives per employee is the Technological Drilling Enterprise, followed by the Octyabrsky and Taimyrsky mines.
The amount of remuneration paid for proposals submitted in January was 166 thousand rubles.
Increased involvement in the process of submitting proposals among employees, as experts note, is facilitated by the close interaction of enterprises with specialists from the Polar Division’s business system development department’s continuous improvement department at production sites, as well as the use of the automated proposal management service system, thanks to which the process of processing initiatives has been accelerated – you can submit your proposal using your smartphone at any convenient time.
A good indicator of employee involvement in the process of increasing efficiency is the implementation of the 6S system at production sites, where each employee of the enterprise can submit their proposals for improving the workplace, making it convenient and safe.
Let us remind you that in 2023, the Polar Division’s production units submitted 7 768 proposals.
