#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Forbes rating of the best employers in Russia in 2024 included 167 companies. Experts assessed the participants based on the main elements of the ESG agenda: Ecology, Employees and Society, and Corporate Governance.
Depending on the points scored, the rating participants were placed in one of four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Nornickel entered the Gold group. Moreover, according to the parameters Ecology and Employees and Society, the company took Gold, and according to Corporate Governance – Platinum.
Earlier, Nornickel received a high rating in the AK&M agency’s social responsibility rating for 2023 in which 55 companies from various industries took part.
Nornickel also became the industry best employer in the HeadHunter rating.
