#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. On Saturday, August 19, more than 150 athletes from 19 Russian cities will gather in Talnah to conquer the Haraelah mountains of the Putorana plateau. The thrill-seekers of the NORILSK TRAIL off-road race will overcome distances of their choice – 7, 15, 30 and 50 kilometers. Young participants will run a marathon of 500 and 1000 meters.
“For fans and guests of the trail race, a food court will be open from: fragrant shish kebab, original soups, oriental pilaf, signature drinks, ice cream and much more. Local creative teams prepared bright performances”, the organizers said.
The organizers of the race are the Norilsk Development Agency together with the Smart Action team. The NORILSK TRAIL project is being implemented with the support of the Nornickel company and the administration of Norilsk.
On the eve of the race, volunteers will hold a large-scale cleaning in the Haraelah foothills.
