#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. 2020 can be called the online year. After all, almost all events had to be transferred to a remote format due to the coronavirus pandemic. So everyone can visit the Kremlin New Year party – online.
At 18.00 Moscow time (22.00 for Norilsk residents) on December 31, the premiere of the main New Year’s event will take place on the Karusel federal children’s and youth TV channel.
The event itself and the TV broadcast of the New Year’s performance were organized on behalf of the country’s President Vladimir Putin.
A fabulous performance The Fifth Season or Who Invented the New Year will be held on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace this year. There will be everything: Santa Claus, Snow Maiden, fairy-tale characters, and a lot of light, music and jokes!
Together with the main characters – the Keeper of Holiday Traditions and the Gadget – the children will learn about the fifth season, unravel the secrets of the New Year and get acquainted with the traditions of celebration in different countries. With the help of the Timefly, the characters will travel to the Polytechnic Museum, Ancient Rome, Renaissance Italy and Peter the Great’s Russia.
Artists from leading Moscow theaters and cinema, the Russian national acrobatics team, world and European champions in sports rock and roll took part in the performance.
Those who, for some reason, cannot see the fabulous show, will have the opportunity to watch it in replay.
