#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Gift charity fair is taking place at the Arena-Norilsk shopping center until December 29. Norilsk residents can expect masterpieces from local craftsmen: ceramics, leather, wood, glass, costume jewelry, home decorations, New Year’s toys, candles, desserts and sweets.
The organizer of the event, the 69th Parallel foundation, will use the collected funds to pay for the on-site rehabilitation for the fund ward Ilya Sobolev.

“Amidst the pre-holiday bustle, it is especially important not to forget about those who need our help so much, and the charity Gift is the best start to the Christmas holidays”, say the event curators.
Thanks to caring Norilsk residents, the 69th Parallel foundation has helped Ilya pay for on-site rehabilitation more than once since 2017. In Norilsk, the boy attended classes in the pool and did roller skating as part of the Unlimited Possibilities foundation’s charity program. Over the years, Ilya has achieved impressive success – he has learned to walk independently, he is increasingly trying to step on his heels, and maintains proper walking. It is necessary to consolidate the success with a new course of therapy, without which the muscles will weaken.
The boy and his mother study a lot at home, thereby maintaining their skills every year until the next course, for which they are highly praised by the rehabilitation center instructors. You can help Ilya now. An online collection has been opened on the main page of the 69th Parallel charity foundation website. You need to click the Help Now button under the boy’s portrait and select the donation amount.
Let us remind you that the foundation has been organizing charity programs for 19 years and helping needy Norilsk and Taimyr residents who find themselves in difficult life situations.
