Authors with special art education, members of creative unions, associations, students of art departments over the age of 16 are invited to participate in the exhibition.
The event committee will accept artworks performed in any art form, in various techniques and materials, on a free topic. According to the rules, the new works of Norilsk and Taimyr artists of 2019–2020 can be presented at the exhibition.
The last year’s exhibition contained the works of 32 authors – paintings, graphics, and decorative and applied art samples. The exposition included works by the Afonovs family trio, Natalia Moroz, Liliya Khristich, Nadezhda Pentsak, Nina Ptitsova, Sergey Parsov, Nina Colman, Elina Marchuk and others. The theme of the collection is still free. This year, all participants of previous exhibitions will get their catalogs. The results of the fourth exhibition are also promised to be published.
