#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. NordStar Airlines together with the Severny Gorod media company are launching a television project about traveling around Russian cities – Let’s Fly to Ours. The series will present 15 main areas of NordStar’s flight geography.
The airline is the base carrier of Norilsk airport. The polar city’s route network has 25 destinations throughout Russia. In general, the airline’s flight geography includes more than 35 regular routes within the country.
Let’s Fly to Ours will help viewers immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Omsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Mahachkala, Volgograd, Ufa, Sochi, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhny Novgorod and Yekaterinburg. Each one will be an object for a separate episode, in which the project hosts will talk about the direction, frequency of flights, share practical advice with travelers, and local residents will show the sights of the city and talk about its history.
The presenters will also meet with fellow countrymen who will open up new places and routes in the city for walks and recreation for viewers, and NordStar flight attendants will share leisure ideas for travelers.
In addition, the airline and Severny Gorod will give the project viewers the opportunity to receive a gift – in each of the 15 cities, the presenters will hide a cache with instructions on how to receive the gift. The search guidelines will be announced on the air of the Let’s Fly to Ours project.
The first episode starts today, October 23, at 15:00 (Moscow time) on the Severny Gorod TV channel. The broadcast recording can be seen on the Severny Gorod and NordStar Airlines’ social networks.
Earlier, This Is Taimyr reported that the airline held a promotion in honor of its 15th anniversary where the winners were awarded certificates for free air tickets on any direct scheduled round-trip route. The carrier operates all flights on comfortable Boeing 737–800 aircraft with economy and business class service.
