New tourist facilities to be built in Krasnoyarsk region

February 21, 2025

Governor Mikhail Kotyukov was presented with a plan to implement the national project Tourism and Hospitality.

#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. This five-year plan aims for the region to achieve a target of 1.8 million tourist trips across the Krasnoyarsk region by 2030.

Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to apply for regional subsidies to create modular non-capital accommodation facilities. By 2027, at least 180 new hotel rooms are expected to be established. The project will be funded through both regional and federal budgets, as reported on the official regional portal.

It’s worth noting that the state program for tourism development from 2025 to 2030 places a strong emphasis on creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, as well as expanding opportunities for new hotels, eco-hotels, and glamping sites. Entrepreneurs can also receive reimbursements for part of their interest payments on loans taken out for developing tourist facilities. Governor Mikhail Kotyukov has emphasized the importance of attracting specialists to work in the industry.

Earlier, we reported that ticket prices for river cruises along the Krasnoyarsk – Dudinka route increased.
