New industrial safety training ground brings results

January 25, 2023

The past year for Norilsknickelremont passed without fatalities and serious injuries.

#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In Talnah, on the basis of the Norilskshahtservice trust of the Norilsknickelremont company, a training ground for developing practical skills in managing critical risks and potential hazards was put into operation.

A class of theoretical training was placed in one place at the training ground, where employees can get acquainted in detail with all the proposed methodological material, and an educational and training space with interactive stands and equipment for practical development of knowledge.

A widescreen monitor was also installed here to broadcast thematic video materials. The location of the polygon in a closed room allows classes to be held regardless of the time of year and weather conditions.

Safety culture training is aimed not only at preventing emergencies before they happen, but also at developing staff awareness of potentially dangerous places and circumstances.

This is the fourth training ground for safety rules, where they practice safe methods of working at height, with rigging and electrical equipment, and bench tools.
