#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The quality of life in Russian strongholds should improve by 30 percent by 2030, and by 60 percent – by 2036. This is stated in the unified plan for achieving national development goals of the Russian Federation.
Deputy prime minister Marat Husnullin has been appointed responsible for achieving the indicators by 2030 and for the future until 2036, TASS reports.
Recall that president Vladimir Putin in his speech to the Federal Assembly instructed to identify two thousand strongholds of the Russian Federation and develop 200 master plans.
Earlier it became known that Norilsk and Dikson were approved as Arctic outposts.
