#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The winter stage of the Travel across Russia festival is taking place in Krasnoyarsk. Within the framework of the festival, viewers are presented with the premieres of documentaries created by famous filmmakers of Russia.
The Attraction of Taimyr documentary was shot by Andrey Grishakov for the 90th anniversary of the Taimyr region formation. The film tells about the ancient traditions and customs of the indigenous peoples of the peninsula, about the life of reindeer herders today. Filming continued for several years. The authors worked in the Taimyr tundra, filmed on the Putorana plateau, in villages, in Dikson, Norilsk, Dudinka.
The film was shown on December 23 at the Peoples’ Friendship House of the Krasnoyarsk region.
