#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. A promotional train of the new railway tourist route Siberia is Here has visited Krasnoyarsk. The train left Omsk a few days ago and travels with stops in Siberian cities – Tomsk, Novokuznetsk, Biysk, Abakan, Krasnoyarsk. The tour will end on the shore of lake Baikal. Participants of the trial tour – 12 representatives from each region of the Siberian federal district – are pensioners, tourism industry representatives, bloggers, journalists. In each city, travelers got acquainted with the sights.
Krasnoyarsk greeted the guests with bread and salt. The tourists visited the small homeland of the writer Victor Astafyev – in the village of Ovsyanka, as well as the chapel of Paraskeva Pyatnitsa, in the national park Krasnoyarsk Pillars.
According to the head of the Krasnoyarsk territory tourism agency Elena Nedbaylo, the excursion program in the region capital for the railway tour route Siberia is Here may be expanded – they plan to include more interesting offers, including a visit to the Krasnoyarsk restaurants, which are famous for their dishes of Yenisey cuisine. The speaker told TASS about this.
This year, the railway tour is only being tested. If everything goes well, it will be launched on a permanent basis next year.
Recall that the northern city hosted the Norilsk Calling! tourism festival in the summer. The tour to Dudinka topped the cost rating in Russia.
