#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Participants of the Far East – Winter of Discoveries business forum, which took place in Kamchatka, learned about tourist activity in the north of the Krasnoyarsk region and new exclusive products.
Representing the polar hospitality industry, deputy director of the Norilsk Development Agency (NDA) Anastasia Korol noted that tourists are attracted to Taimyr by the feeling of pioneers.
The representative of the NDA spoke about the main points of attraction on the peninsula: Norilsk, the ethnic capital of the North and the seaport – Dudinka, the Putorana plateau. They are part of the Arctic tourism and recreation cluster. According to the deputy director of the NDA, it is expected that in 2022 the outpost of the Arctic – Dikson will become more accessible for tourists.
By the way, last year Taimyr gave travelers not only new impressions, but also new products. For example, Taimyr coffee with the addition of juniper. Or unique scents that convey the smells and mood of our land. One of the fragrances from a local perfumer is called Taimyr’s Northern Lights.
