#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. A new unique public space, Taimyr SovremenNik, in the form of a geodesic dome will soon begin operating in the village of Potapovo, Dudinka’s official website reports.
The electrics have already been installed inside, the furniture has been assembled, and an outdoor chimney has been installed. All that remains is to connect the geodesic dome to external power grids, and it will shine with all the colors of the northern lights. The space for creativity and innovation will be managed by a well-coordinated team from Potapovo secondary school No. 12, led by Elena Dobrova.
It should be noted that the project won the social projects competition of Nornickel’s charitable program World of New Opportunities.
