#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The northernmost drama theatre has started the dress rehearsals of the last premiere of 2024 – the performance based on Korney Chukovsky’s fairy tale Muha-Tsokotuha.
The production will be presented for the judgment of young and adult Norilsk residents on 21 December. On the same day, the New Year charity fair Kind Norilsk from the Territory of Goodness social programme fund will start working in the foyer.

A New Year tree is already standing next to the souvenir shop. On the day of the premiere, it will be filled with postcard balloons with the dreams of Norilsk children who find themselves in difficult life situations.
Territory of Goodness encourages Norilsk residents to collectively fulfil someone’s dream.
Timur Fayruzov’s performance motivates to do good deeds – after all, this is a fairy tale about the victory of good over evil.
More than half of the Norilsk Drama theatre company is involved in the Muha-Tsokotuha. The main role is played by Varvara Babayants, honoured artist of the Krasnoyarsk region. The Pauk-Villain (Spider) is Nikolay Kaverin, and the Komar-Liberator (Mosquito) is Alexander Zhuikov. The theatre is almost ready for New Year’s meetings with Norilsk spectators.
Earlier we told that the December part of the Theatre Seasons festival took place in Norilsk.
