#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. May we remind you that the one-story building made of larch trees was laid by the polar explorer Nikolay Urvantsev’s expedition in 1921 for the first wintering. Since then, the house has changed its place several times and finally settled in the museum square.
On the eve of the date, the museum workers caulked the walls, washed the windows and cleaned the exhibits.
“In July we are ready to welcome guests! Today we’ve held a cleaning-up of four museum sites: in the museum square, near the future AMMA (the Museum of Modern Arts under construction), in the art gallery and the Talnah branch of the museum. We are in a hurry to put things in order for the warm summer days”, said the museum workers.
