The Severny Gorod Media Company and the Norilsk Museum within the lecture club Concentrating Plant invite Norilsk citizens to meet with the anthropologist, candidate of biological sciences, Lomonosov Moscow State University’s biological faculty’s anthropology department’s associate professor Stanislav Drobyshevsky.

A well-known popularizer of science will hold two lectures in the Norilsk Museum. The first lecture Neurology: the Brain. How to Become Smarter, Preferably Right Now will take place on June 16. The anthropologist will tell you how the human brain has been evolving over many centuries and explain how people of the past lived. The second lecture Migration: Where and Why Did Our Ancestors Go will be held on June 17.
Stanislav Drobyshevsky is the author of the popular science books Final Link and Tales from the Grotto, a lecturer at the Scientists Against Myths forum, the Community of Young Scientists’ scientific and expert council’s member; the laureate of the awards For Fidelity to Science, Knowledge, the Russian Academy of Sciences’ award for the popularization of science and others.
