#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Central Siberia Geology Museum in Krasnoyarsk and the Ministry of Ecology and Rational Nature Management of the Krasnoyarsk region have summed up the results of the III Regional Environmental competition.
This year, all competitions among schoolchildren in the region were held online. 171 people from 28 municipalities of the region took part in it.
The contestants competed in three nominations: Ecoscience, Ecoproject and Eco-director. The last, most creative nomination was attended by students from the Norilsk school №38.
The young eco-directors compete for the third year in a row, they create and show short animation works, videos or slide films on current environmental topics.
As Svetlana Shub, a biology teacher and head of the school’s creative team, told This Is Taimyr, the guys had been following one creative line since the last competition: they made a film about themselves and their participation in environmental protection. In other words, they campaign by personal example.
In 2020, one of the students Ksenia Kislitsyna continued the topic Put your planet in order. The eco-director attracted two friends to the action. The result is a video called The future of the Earth depends on you.
Ksenia Kislitsyna, as the author of the film, receives a certificate of a participant in the environmental competition, and Svetlana Shub, as a creative director, receives a letter of thanks from the organizers. For the best works in different nominations, valuable prizes are provided.
