Dudinka School of Arts acquired 80 new musical instruments

December 07, 2020

Saxophones, flutes and marching baritone have already been involved in the educational process.

#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. During this year, the Boris Molchanov Children’s Art School acquired 80 musical instruments, among which seven were for the brass department, which is the most in demand in the institution. The educational process has already involved four new saxophones, two flutes and one marching baritone.

The CAS was able to buy the tools thanks to the Culture national project. In addition, this year the school received new tambourines, bargans and violins.

Many Children’s Art School graduates continue their musical studies in secondary and higher educational institutions of the country. So, last year Anton Lobanov, a graduate of the brass department, entered the Krasnodar Regional College of Arts for the wind department in the trombone class.
