All finalists were divided into two groups based on population size. The jury will determine the winner in each group and the absolute winner of the competition. Dudinka was among the finalists of small municipalities.
“The Project Office for the Arctic Development (PORA) will award a prize of 250 thousand rubles to one of the participants in the Arctic municipalities competition for strategies. The winner in the special nomination For the Best Solution in the Field of Sustainable Development and ESG-Transformation will be chosen according to such criteria as the completeness of coverage of all components of sustainable development, the depth of study, practical focus”, said PORA.
