#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Krasnoyarsk international airport named after D. A. Hvorostovsky together with the Tourist Information Center of Krasnoyarsk region organized a familiarization tour for Chinese tour operators.
The Krasnoyarsk airport and the Tourist Information Center representatives introduced the city’s iconic places to the Chinese tourists and demonstrated the region’s opportunities for developing tourism and attracting new guests from the Celestial Empire.
For four days, Chinese tourists assessed the city’s hotel infrastructure and got acquainted with the Krasnoyarsk unique gastronomy. The program’s key event was a business meeting with representatives of the Russian tourism industry and the business community of Krasnoyarsk, where the participants discussed prospects for cooperation.
As a result of the meeting, it was planned to create special tourist products for residents of China, which will contribute to an increase in tourist flow to the region and an increase in passenger traffic on routes from China to Krasnoyarsk, the airport’s press service reported.
