#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The sixteenth culinary competition Gourmet’s Secret – 2023 among Norilskgazprom employees took place in Norilsk. This year, 23 employees of the company competed in the gastronomic duel, offering 33 culinary delights to the jury and the event guests.
A commission of nine people – the gas enterprise representatives – had to evaluate the food design and taste.
Among the participants there were many who decided to try their hand at the competition for the first time: the wife of a Norilskgazprom employee Galina Nechayeva decorated a marshmallow bouquet with her own hands, contestant Guzel Zamuraeva prepared the national family dish chak-chak, and Elena Rusakova came to the battle of tastes to surprise everyone with their delicious appetizer Tender Crab and learn from the experience of colleagues.
“This is the first time I have been invited as a judge to such an event. It is very difficult to single out just one dish, because you can feel the soul in each one, the festive mood is conveyed in the presentation design. Such culinary competitions are important because Norilskgazprom employees can not only show their skills here, but also reveal themselves in a different way, in an informal and warm atmosphere”, said Sergey Stepanov, deputy general director for personnel and social policy.
