Young entrepreneurs will be able to receive a grant from 100 to 500 thousand rubles for the creation and development of their own business. And those who operate in the Arctic zone – up to a million rubles. Both individual entrepreneurs and founders can apply for funds.
In addition, the authorities will provide additional support to the agriculture and fisheries sectors. This is necessary to prevent high price fluctuations in the food market. Among the effective steps are annual subsidies for farmers for transportation by rail. This year, more than 4.3 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
7.5 billion rubles were allocated to finance the tourist cashback program for children. The program will benefit at least 450 000 children. Its launch is scheduled for March 31st. In 2022, the size of budget loans to the regions will increase by ten percent of their own income, and the terms for their provision will be extended. To settle commercial loans and securities obligations, the subjects of the Russian Federation will be able to receive additional loans from the Federation. This year, the regions will be completely exempt from payments on them.
