According to the Taimyr Center for Hydrometeorology, now in the central district of the city it is minus 4 degrees, the west wind is 7-11 meters per second. The same weather is in Kayerkan. In Talnah and Dudinka it is also minus four. It snows a little at times.
Also, an abnormally snowy winter is expected in Russia and autumn brought abundance of polar lights to Norilsk.
