#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Experts at the Royev Rouchey park of flora and fauna have shared which animals could form pairs at the Krasnoyarsk zoo this year.
Spring is always an exciting time at the zoo, as it marks the season when new animals are born. Some species, like primates, hoofed animals, birds, and reptiles, are expected to have offspring every year. New arrivals are also anticipated from the pair of coatis that recently came together, writes Nash Krasnoyarsky Krai portal:
“This year, Taimyr and Alana, two musk oxen, may be placed in the same enclosure. Alana, a favorite among many Krasnoyarsk residents, will turn two years old in March, while her mate was born just last summer”.
Earlier, This Is Taimyr reported that a meteorologist in the Arctic managed to scare off a fish-stealing polar bear by shouting at it.
