#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Journalists Union solemnly awarded the winners of the professional competition Krasnoyarsk Quills 2023. It has been held in our region for 30 years.
In the anniversary year, 125 applications were submitted to the competition in 18 categories.
Journalist and photographer of This Is Taimyr Denis Kozhevnikov won in the Best Photojournalist category.
“Special words of congratulations to Denis Kozhevnikov, the winner of one of the categories! The award will go to the Far North, to Norilsk!” regional parliament member Irina Subocheva wrote in her Telegram channel.
Denis Kozhevnikov has been working at the Severny Gorod media company for many years, writing interesting articles and illustrating them with his photographs.
Previously, Denis Kozhevnikov became the winner of the audiovisual competition of the Krasnoyarsk region’s northern territories The Arctic and Siberia Through the Lens of an Aborigine.
