The Roev Ruchey flora and fauna park is looking for a contractor to decorate the polar bears’ enclosures. The information appeared on the public procurement website.
The maximum contract price is not more than 29.73 million rubles. For this money, it is necessary to equip three swimming pools with waterproofing, and apply bright illustrations four meters high on the walls. Applications are accepted until September 16.
As a reminder, the construction of bear enclosures began in 2014. Visitors will be able to observe animals not only in the cage space, but also under water. Underground windows will be made for visitors through which they will be able to see the underwater games of clubfoot.
Now three polar bears live in the zoo: Ursula, Felix and Martha, who was rescued by the Norilsk people last year.
