#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Since 1999, the Company magazine has been holding an annual competition, celebrating the best enterprises for their achievements in various fields. In 2022, those businesses that, during the year, not only managed to integrate into new economic processes, but also continued to invest in technology, ecology, charity and education of employees, claimed the award.
The expert commission included representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development of, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media and others.
Nornickel with the IN’HUB project was shortlisted for the award after a rigorous selection by experts. The top three in the Technological Sovereignty category also included the Rostec State Corporation (now conducting test flights of two airliners and planning to complete the certification of the new aircraft by the end of 2022) and JSC Pigment (after foreign paper bleaches left Russia, they were able to launch own production and provide the whole country with white paper).
In this category, those companies were evaluated which in 2022 developed or brought to the market a new import-substituting product, occupied the niches of foreign companies that left Russia and showed the first results.
The IN’HUB platform won a landslide victory in the open voting on the Company’s website.
As a reminder, IN’HUB is both a forum for innovators and a platform for the interaction of inventors, businesses and investors in order to jointly develop future technologies and introduce them into production. So, at the Technoprom-2022 forum in August, IN’HUB participants showed a personal robot Adam with stereoscopic vision, a Scorpion hoverbike (a motorcycle flying through the air) and bionic prostheses.
Earlier, This Is Taimyr reported that a 77-meter thermometer was installed on the Kola MMC’s chimney – a new art object that shows the air temperature and is visible from the city.
