#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. At Nornickel, vocational guidance is a large-scale area of work that is carried out with students and schoolchildren. The northern city children get first information about the company professions, just entering school. The Company lessons are held for all first-graders from Norilsk and Dudinka. Classes are held in a playful way, with interactive games and gifts.
In December 2020, the award ceremony was held in Kaluga following the results of the competition, as well as a solemn meeting of the winners on the Zoom platform.
The best techniques, including the materials of the Company lesson campaign, were included in the methodological collection, which was published on the official website of the Zasoboy.rf program. The winners of the competition were sent diplomas and valuable gifts.
The Zasoboy all-Russian program for the development of the vocational guidance is aimed at working with specialists in the field of professional self-determination, as well as working with students. The program is supported by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the State Duma deputies.
