#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. At the end of the month, weather-dependent people and hypertensive patients will have a hard time – for several days in a row (from December 25 to 28) the Earth’s magnetosphere will be shaken by geomagnetic impacts due to flares and black spots on the Sun.
According to astronomers, forecasters and rescuers, a powerful magnetic storm will cover the planet on December 25 and last for four days, until the evening of December 28. After that, geomagnetic activity will decline, flashes and fading will continue for several more days, and then the magnetosphere will return to normal. Small disturbances are expected on December 31, so in general, the New Year celebration will pass in a calm atmosphere.
According to experts, usually during the period of increased geomagnetic background, there is an increase in injuries and accidents in transport and production. Drivers may experience a strong slowdown in reaction, increasing the risk of an accident. Meteopaths may have headaches, pressure drops, insomnia, and a breakdown.
Doctors recommend on such days to exclude physical activity, walk more in the fresh air and get enough sleep (at least seven to eight hours).
“Give up salty, spicy and fatty foods – it leads to fluid retention in the body and can increase blood pressure. Eat fruit and vegetables”, experts advise.
In addition, for good health, it is important to maintain water balance and take a shower more often.
Extracts of ginseng, golden root, and Schisandra chinensis may help. Drinking tea with mint, St. John’s wort, rose hips and lemon balm is useful for everyone.
According to Gismeteo.ru, the next burst of solar activity is expected on Tuesday, January 3rd. A strong magnetic storm is expected again on this day.
