#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. New personnel are needed in the mining and manufacturing industries, energy and construction. To implement investment projects until 2029, more than 87 thousand qualified specialists will be required.
Today in the northern regions of the region, the most in demand are truck drivers, bulldozer and crane operators, emergency repair mechanics, installers, electricians and other skilled workers. Medical workers, engineers, teachers and educators are also required.
The regional employment service helps to meet the needs of companies in a timely manner.
“Our task is to provide Arctic enterprises with personnel. The key guideline is the efficient use of the region’s labor resources. We provide support measures to citizens who are ready to move to the Arctic zone of the region. Together with leading enterprises, we are preparing a personnel reserve, providing career guidance to young people to obtain in-demand professions, and training citizens for guaranteed employment”, said Victor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk region.
